Meet Susan—a true inspiration in our Good Forme community! 💛

Susan joined us after a total knee replacement, looking to safely rebuild strength, stabilize her core, and regain confidence in her movement. Through personalized Private sessions, thoughtful guidance from our team, and collaboration with her physiotherapist, she’s made incredible progress—and she’s having fun along the way! ✨

Movement becomes sustainable when it becomes automatic.

Science tells us that habits are formed through a simple loop:
Cue → Routine → Reward.

When this loop is repeated consistently, the brain begins to automate the behaviour, making movement feel less like a decision and more like a natural part of your day.

One of the most effective ways to build a movement habit is through habit stacking: pairing a small movement with something you already do daily.

After brushing your teeth → calf raises or balance on one leg.
After pouring your coffee → a few squats or gentle stretches.
After sitting at your desk → spinal mobility and breath.

These micro-movements may feel small, but over time they rewire the brain, support strength and balance, and build consistency without overwhelm.

This year, don’t aim for more.
