🍃When And How Should You Take Your CBD Oil?

This question comes up often and really depends on the ailment that you're trying to treat by supplementing with it.

There really is no "one-size-fits-all" approach but essentially, if you'r ailment is on your skin, close to the surface of your skin, or on a mucous membrane - applying CBD directly on to the target area is the most beneficial. This will ensure that the most amount of CBD is absorbed and working to repair that target area.

If the ailment is in an area of the body that is not so easy to reach, then CBD essentially needs to be absorbed by the intestines and then into the bloodstream so that it can reach those harder-to-reach target areas.
