Myholystic Integrative Medicine and Therapies Center Inc., promotes a journey of alignment as a system of holistic medicine and therapies center. The integration of different holistic medical systems and therapies aims at achieving good health, and maintaining it for all ages.

Wellness requires a holistic approach. Holistic health and wellness is sustained by the following 8 pillars: spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, nutrition, social, environmental, financial/occupational. The path to wellness is individual.

Myholystic's objective is foremost to bring about healing and ease, to the body, the mind and the spirit, as well as to teach how to maintain good health through every day routine, by molding positive habits, that are enjoyable, practical, and fun, that develop into a healthy lifestyle, such as: including practices of holistic exercise, correct nourishment, recycling, reserving time to dedicate to relationships, meditation or prayer, learning about something, devotion to an endeavor, engaging in some community activity such as volunteering or fundraising to support a cause. In this example, depending on the Holistic exercise, it will comprise several pillars at once such as: the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical, and may even comprise also the social, pillars.
