The best decision I ever made for myself was trying pure therapeutic ketones. Before I was in so much pain from back injuries, feeling miserable and so unhappy. Spent all my time sleeping or laying around. I would lose a word mid-sentence at times while trying to have a conversation--bad memory and brain fog. I just didn't care what happened to me or anyone around me. Hopeless is the word that comes to mind.

Now, I found my zest for life again. I have focus, no more brain fog, energy like I had 20 years ago, I have fun and smile a lot. My pain level has gone down tremendously! The bonus is that I lost 35 lbs of fat. What's not to love about ketones?

Now, I see a future where I didn't before. I spend time with my family now and can't wait to see what life has in store for them as they spread their wings. I'm excited that my hubby and I now get to spend time together and travel. None of this was on my radar 18 months ago. I travel with my gal pals every year now. I'm living life again and couldn't be more grateful. Who knew 57 years old was going to feel this good! And look at that handsome man next to me who lost over 50 lbs and sits back and watches his wife with pride and love as she smiles and has fun again!❤️ I see you baby!
