Hey Everyone!
We've had a larger than I'd like to admit amount of no shows lately, with or without deposit. And we've also been holding onto orders that made deposits for a long period of time ( please reach out for pick up).
Going forward a deposit is required for all orders large or small. We've tried to make accommodations for some but sometimes that has backfired.
We also will hold orders for you if you pay the balance in full. We don't mind and understand things come up but we shouldn't have to wait on payment if we've completed your order and photo has been sent. So payment for the balance may be asked.
We have tried in the past to rush orders and going forward I will start charging a 10.00 as we do ask for a week to two weeks for orders to be completed. If you need something sooner then 7 days please ask but it is under our discretion to add this fee.
As for completion, during slower times we try to make it 1-2 weeks. In busier times we would like 2-3weeks and sometimes for larger orders, a month. If you need something by a certain date please if I do not ask, state that so we can plan for it to be on time. In certain cases we can make it sooner then what's stayed above.
We are a 2 man show and we are trying our best to get all our lovely products out to you in a timely manner.
Also, please be patient we replies. 24-48hours in some cases. I do try to reply right away but sometimes it's not possible! Also, we will not be answering emails or messages after 8pm. This is bed time for our kiddos and it's makes it hard when we have to focus on the business instead of our children.
