Is your hydration high enough to manifest changes?

We're told of a future series of meditations, starting November 2nd, in which Spirit needs us to get our body hydration levels to 70 to 80% so we can connect to other versions of ourselves and copy the best aspects of that life into this one.

In today's Enlightened Mastery group session, Rita explains why hydration is so important, the right way to achieve it, and what we've been doing innocently every day that's dehydrating us faster than we can rehydrate.

This is a competition for yourself to get your hydration levels between 70 and 80% by November 1st.

Once a week, Rita and Jim will pendulum test your hydration percentage (with your permission)

Sept 20 to Sept 30 - pick a day and record how much water you drink so you have your own baseline.

October 1st - start recording how much water you drink and post it to the EM group daily at the end of the day or the next day.

Your hydration levels will be recorded on a Google Sheets shared in the portal and chat room.

Our first astral meditation begins Saturday, November 2, 2024
