I used to think I just wasn’t “a morning person.” But turns out, my body was just out of whack.

Low energy, brain fog, zero motivation — I blamed my personality. What I didn’t realize is that my habits were keeping my body in survival mode.

Yesterday I had one of those rare moments where I actually did everything I said I would. I drank water first thing in the morning. Took a walk at lunch. Prepped dinner at a decent hour.

It felt amazing... until I realized how many times I’ve let those “small wins” slip by unnoticed.
