I wanted to give you a quick update on my progress. The easiest way is with a side-by-side comparison. December 2015 to October 2017. I am still committed to improving my health and fitness. According to my doctors, I am in excellent shape. I really am amazed at that. All test results indicated a much younger person. If you want to know my secrets just ask. No hocus pocus either.
