Dear mama, I see you and feel you!

My little one has turned 2! How exciting!
This comes with a lot of new challenges though…

🙈 his favorite word ‘NO’ to anything and everything his parents say.

🐒 tantrums and meltdowns if we have to change plans or activities that he is really engaged with!

🙊 Diaper changes are now ‘catch me if you can’ kind of games

🐣 food choices are now limited… healthy pancakes options have kept us going!

… but the smiles, laughs, hugs, kisses are all worth it at the end! You are doing your best even if you have a limited support system, and that little one will always remember your support, loving care and guidance! Keep going! ♥️

A propósito del proceso en el que estoy por estos días. Cerrando un capítulo de 8 años en Emiratos Árabes. Me llevo muchas memorias, gratitud y amigos que se convirtieron en hermanos!

This relates to the process I am currently going through. I am closing a chapter of 8 years living in The UAE. I treasure many memories, I am grateful for this time and I am lucky to have met many friends that became my family!

Banana & Flaxseeds pancakes

At home, we look forward to the weekends to enjoy delicious healthy pancakes. We have several recipes, but we tried this one recently. It is basic and surprisingly delicious. These pancakes only have 3 main ingredients. Super easy, quick to prepare and great for the whole family.

Try them and play with the flavors!

This is enough to share (2 adults and 1 baby depending on the appetite 😊).

En nuestra casa esperamos los fines de semana ansiosamente para disfrutar unos delicioso pancakes saludables. Tenemos varias recetas, pero esta la ensayamos hace poco. Es básica y sorpresivamente deliciosa. Estos pancakes solo tienen 3 ingredientes principales. Super fáciles, rápidos de preparar y buenísimos para toda la familia.

Inténtalos y juega con los sabores!

Cantidad suficiente para compartir (2 adultos y 1 bebé dependiendo del apetito 😊).
