These foods will not make you burn fat on their own, but they will help you stay within your calorie deficit and they will help make your fat loss journey easier.
Let's dive right into it.
1️⃣ Legumes - Legumes are a great plantbased source of protein and carbohydrates. They are packed in nutrients and contain a great amount of protein as well. They also contain a good amount of fiber which helps keep you full. You can add beans to a lot of dishes and they taste great. My favorite beans are garbanzo, black, and kidney.
2️⃣ Berries. Berries are low in calories and high in fiber. You can eat a lot of berries and you will be satisfied due to the high water content and high fiber content. I like adding berries to my smoothies and to my greek yogurt. Berries are versatile and great to enjoy everyday.
3️⃣ Greek Yogurt. Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt is one of my favorite foods. It is a staple for me. I always keep some on me. Greek Yogurt is very high in protein, low in calories, and is very filling. You can also customize it by adding fruit, dark chocolate, nuts, etc. to it as toppings. It is a great idea for dessert. It's also a popular breakfast item.
4️⃣ Lean Meat . Lean meats such as chicken, turkey, beef, and fish are great sources of protein and they also help keep you full. They're lower in calories compared to fattier cuts of meat, so you can eat more of them. I usually enjoy chicken and beef throughout the week.
5️⃣ Potatoes. Whether you enjoy white potatoes or sweet potatoes, they're both great to incorporate in your fat loss diet. I personally prefer sweet potatoes, but they are both filling and pretty low in calories if you do not add a lot of butter lol.
