Spicy at the back 🔥

Giant Reverse Twisted Saw, Giant Reverse Nighthawk, and Giant Reverse Bird Dog — all done at the back of the machine for that extra burn. These are programmed on 1 white spring 🌶️ but feel free to modify:
✨ switch to a grey for more control
✨ or take it to the front of the machine

Slow, intentional, and shaking in all the right ways. Core on, glutes fired, zero shortcuts. Who’s brave enough to try this trio? 💪

It’s been a year of highs and lows. A year that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. There were moments that stretched me, tested me, and asked me to grow — and I kept moving forward. Not because it was easy, but because of the incredible support I have in my life and because of my practice that continues to ground me when things feel uncertain.

I’m endlessly grateful for my family and friends who stood beside me through everything. Your love, patience, encouragement, and presence mean more than I can ever put into words. Thank you for holding space for me and believing in me, even when I struggled to do that myself.

This year also reminded me why I love what I do. Feeling inspired by my work again — teaching retreats, Lagree, and truly falling back in love with teaching yoga — has been such a gift. I genuinely enjoy going into work every day, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.

And somewhere in between all of that… I took on a full renovation by myself 😅 Almost finished and very proud. Huge thank you to all the tradespeople who taught me, guided me, and helped me along the way.

Closing out this year feeling grateful, stronger, and hopeful — and carrying so much love with me into whatever comes next 💛

Neck + shoulder pain is so often the result of stress, posture, and hours spent holding tension without realizing it.
A few intentional minutes throughout the day can make a huge difference.

Here are some of my favourite neck exercises to release built-up tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Grab your strap and blocks and use these as movement snacks whenever your body asks for it.

✨ In the videos:
• Neck massage at the occipital ridge (base of the skull) using blocks — amazing for headaches and jaw/neck tension
• Nerve flossing along the side of the neck — this targets the spinal accessory nerve, which influences the neck and upper shoulders
• Head Hammock — resting the head in a loop of the strap for gentle traction and decompression
• Assisted neck stretch with a strap — to create space, length, and relief without forcing

These practices help:
✔️ reduce neck and shoulder pain
✔️ improve circulation and nerve mobility
✔️ release stress we unconsciously hold
✔️ support better posture and breathing

Save this and sprinkle these throughout your day — especially if you sit, drive, teach, or carry stress in your shoulders.

Working into Bujapidasana (Shoulder Pressure Pose) this week.
A little prep goes a long way — and these drills will warm up your hips, core, and mindset to play.

Swipe through to try:
✨ Squat Walks – wake up the hips + ankles
✨ IT Band Twist + Bind – create space in the outer hips
✨ Leap Frogs – build power + courage
✨ Bujapidasana with Blocks – find your lift and support

Come move your body in new ways with me this week.
Let’s explore, fall, laugh, and fly. 💫
See you on the mat!

This week has been all about the feet!
Our foundation, our connection to the earth — and the key to our balance. 🌎🦶

The big toe plays a huge role in keeping us grounded, stable, and aligned. When we wake up the feet and strengthen those tiny muscles, we improve posture, mobility, and even how energy flows through the whole body.

Try some of these foot-focused exercises to keep your feet happy and strong — your balance will thank you later.

Bird dog variations 🐦💪
I’ve been working on this exercise lately — it’s super challenging for me, especially the last one (flying bird dog ✈️). But that’s the beauty of Lagree — there’s always room to grow.

Pick one move to work toward. Don’t stress about perfection — just try new things every day so you’re always leveling up, pushing yourself a little further than yesterday.

✨ 2 light springs
🔥 Core, glutes, and stability all in one

And did you notice my lucky Jays’ socks?! Let’s Go

Let’s take 🌳 Tree Pose to the floor!
Fun, grounded variations that light up your core while keeping you connected to your breath and stability.

Go slow, take your time, and feel the connection between balance, breath, and strength.
Let me know which one challenges you the most!
