We are strong believers that the soup our grandparents and parents make are not only delicious, but also the secret to their long health and well-being. As a first generation Australian-Chinese, I am driven to ensure that the legacies and recipes of traditional Chinese soups get passed down to future generations. I have grown up embracing both western and eastern medicines to achieve what I believe is a perfect balance. Souperwell is my vehicle for delivering the past practices in traditional Chinese soups to everyone around the world. My grandfather was a Chinese medicine practitioner, and growing up, I learned that herbal soups have both preventative and restorative properties that pair with every meal. When I moved away to Canada, I decided to ensure that I continued enjoying the taste and benefits of Chinese herbal soups every day. Souperwell offers conveniently packaged herbal blends with simple, no-fuss cooking instructions to nourish and invest in the one body you have so that you have what it takes to do the things you love. Canada has a strict set of standards for importation of Chinese herbs. All herbs used within Souperwell are entered in the Health Canada and batch tested for consistency and quality to protect Canadians. I am proud to offer high quality herbs to my customers. Stay strong and nourished with this easy, immune-boosting noodle soup! Made with our Immunity Booster Soup Pack, this comforting bowl is perfect for chilly days or when you need a little extra wellness support.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
✔️ Convenient & Fresh – Each pack contains two individually wrapped soup bags, ensuring freshness and flexibility. Each bag serves 2-3 people, so you can enjoy it solo or share with family!

🥕 Ingredients:
✔️ 1 small Immunity Booster soup bag (1 individually wrapped bag)
✔️ 2L water
✔️ 1 carrot, sliced
✔️ 1 corn on the cob, chopped into 4 chunks
✔️ 1 cup leftover roast chicken, shredded, plus chicken frame
✔️ 1 handful of kale, chopped
✔️ 3 servings of your favorite noodles (rice noodles, egg noodles, or soba work great!)
✔️ Salt, to taste

🥣 Cooking Instructions:
1️⃣ Rinse all ingredients in the soup bag.
2️⃣ In a pot, add the soup bag, water, carrots, corn, shredded chicken, and chicken frame.
3️⃣ Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Add kale and noodles, cooking for another 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Season with salt to taste and enjoy it warm!

💡 Pro Tip: Add a drizzle of sesame oil or a sprinkle of green onions for extra flavor!
