When I get home from work, these are three things I always do to signal to my body … work is done!
This is especially important for those of us who work from home.
Practice these “3 Transition Signals” and you will feel a difference:
✅ 5 Minute Box Breathing (it can be done on your way home or after work if you work from home)
✅ The temperature shift and energy wash (always wash off the energy from your work day - even when it’s good energy)
✅ Change - take off work clothes and get comfy clothes on!
