Earlier this month we celebrated Nursing Week in many ways, one of which was a Nursing themed game of Bingo. The word 'BINGO' was replaced with 'NURSE', and numbers replaced by Nursing themed words!

Some therapeutic benefits of music and dance are: Improved mood, increased circulation, improved coordination, improved or maintained range of motion, forming social bonds/reduced risk of social isolation, increased sense of belonging, stimulation of the brains motor cortex, opportunity to reminisce, and many more!
