On November 23rd, I had the privilege and honor of delivering the acceptance speech alongside and Mark Winokur for the Irish Canadian Rugby Club (ICRC) Men's 1st XV (1999-2008) induction into Rugby Ontario's Hall of Fame. It was a great night catching up with friends!

BIG shout out to and , who welcomed me to the ICRC back in 1992. So thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing rugby club.

Thanks to Myles Spencer and for putting on a great event.

It was great to see my dad out and having a good time with old friends at a "Night with the Knights" cricket event in Brampton. Enjoyed catching up with family and friends while celebrating cricket and culture!

Big shout out to the Knights: Sir Vivian Richards , Sir Andy Roberts, Sir Richie Richardson, and Sir Curtly Ambrose for sharing their stories in Toronto. 🇦🇬

Had a great time last month at a "Night with the Knights" cricket event in Brampton. Cricket was my first sport growing up in Antigua. It was great catching up with family and friends at the celebration of cricket and culture! 🇦🇬

I was exposed to tennis while studying Kinesiology and instantly fell in love with the sport. Amazed by the athleticism and skill of these incredible professional athletes. Highly recommend checking out ! Such an amazing event.

It is with mixed emotions that we are saying goodbye to our friend, colleague, and longtime friend ! Muthu and his family are moving back to India this month. He has been an integral member of the FYL family for over 10 years and will be missed greatly. Muthu will be at the office from 4pm-6pm this Thursday March 10th if you wish to stop by and say goodbye. Thank you Muthu for all the years of hard work, dedication and commitment to the FYL community!
