SO excited to be now offering FST out of this lovely new inclusive fitness space. This spot on Gerrard is perfect if you’re in the east end of the city, or driving (on-site parking is available)!

Fascial stretch therapy is all about moving your body through gentle assessments to create space, loosen up tight fascia and down regulate your nervous system. An amazing way to wind down after a stressful day, or prep yourself for your next athletic feat.

If your neck is always tense… it may not actually be your neck.

I’m under two weeks I’ll be live guiding students of The Garden through shoulder strengthening exercises and moves to help support their shoulders (obvs), cervical and neck, giving you some fun neck stretches to help out in the interim, and it’s going to be so juicy. Not to be biased but I think you should join.
