🥗 Most of us know this by now... 🥩
But what most people DON’T know is that we each have a unique constitution that determines what types of foods will help us and which will hurt us...
Everybody and their mother is out there promoting the “right diet” for EVERYONE!
“Eat paleo”
“Go vegan”
“No gluten”
“Keto Bro”
“High protein”
“Low fat”
Etc. Etc. Etc.
And You know what?
Most of them are right, Subjectively!
All the different diets people have created cake about because they were trying to find the optimal diet for them,
But then they brand those diets and before long they are promoting them as a panacea that everyone should follow!?
The truth is that no one diet is the solution for everybody, and your body is unique,
But it’s a lot harder to package and market that isn’t it?
Finding the right diet is all about finding the right diet FOR YOU!
I learned all about this when I studied Ayurveda, and it changed my life!
