Men vs Women
Is it really that different?
👨 Men
• Higher testosterone → faster muscle gain
• More upper-body strength naturally
• Muscle size increases quicker
• Fat loss happens slightly faster with training
👩 Women
• Lower testosterone → muscle gain is slower
• Better muscular endurance
• Respond extremely well to strength training
• Strength training improves hormones, bone health & fat loss
• Does NOT make women bulky ❌
💡 Coach’s Take:
Men and women should train similarly —
✔️ Strength
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Proper recovery
The difference is rate of results, not the method.
