Imagine being scared to start therapy… and I’m your therapist!

I get it… starting therapy feels vulnerable.
You don’t know what to expect.
You don’t know what to say.
And you fear being judged…

The right therapist makes all the difference. It’s your right to shop around until you find the person that fits.

I promise, over here… It’s warm.
We laugh A LOT, and I meet you exactly where you are. No pressure. Just real conversations ✨

If you’ve been on the fence about starting, this is your sign✨

Ever reread a text 10 times asking why you’re getting the text or if you should respond?

Not because of what was said… but because of what wasn’t.

You tell yourself you’re overthinking. But sometimes it’s not overthinking… Sometimes it’s memory.

Memory of being ignored.
Left on read.
Feeling replaceable.
Learning early that silence meant distance.

So now a random text feels huge or a delayed response feels personal. The question is… are you reacting to what’s happening in the moment or are you reacting to something that feels similar to what has happened in the past.

Overthinking that random text is rarely about the text. It’s about what abandonment taught your nervous system to expect.

I say all this to say… you’re not too much.

Some seasons aren’t here to break you… they’re here to build you.

We spend so much time waiting for life to calm down. Waiting for things to “make sense.” Waiting for permission to move forward. But sometimes clarity doesn’t come before the chaos ends, it comes while you’re still in it.

When life hands you bu****it, sometimes you gotta grab the bull by the horns and ride it…

Not because you have it figured out.
Not because you’re fearless.
But because standing still isn’t an option, and you’ve already survived too much to stop now.

Healing doesn’t always look peaceful. Sometimes it looks like showing up messy, making hard decisions, and choosing yourself even when it feels uncomfortable. That’s still growth. That’s still progress.

What’s something life threw at you that turned out to be exactly what you needed? Let’s talk in the comments 👇🏽

Some of the best therapy happens outside the therapy room.

The laughs that make your face hurt. The friend who gets it without you having to explain. The moments that remind your nervous system it’s safe to just… be.

Friendships like this are healing. This is not just therapy talk either. We really need connection and it genuinely supports your mental health.

Happy birthday to my girl you are so good for me. Here’s to more of this kind of therapy ✨🥂

Therapy isn’t just something that happens in a session.

It’s the “no” I stopped over-explaining.

The silence I stopped apologizing for.

The pause before I respond instead of react.

These days, I’m learning that healing doesn’t always look like a breakthrough. Sometimes it looks like sitting still and not calling it “doing nothing.”

Sometimes it’s just… being. ✨

The moments that remind me why I do this work…

Being a therapist means holding space for people through their hardest seasons. And when they start to see themselves differently? That’s the win.

Not every session is heavy. Some are full of laughter, breakthroughs, and moments like this 😂

Therapy that meets you where you are… literally…

For the past three years, my practice has been fully virtual and I’ve seen how powerful connection through a screen can be. Real breakthroughs. Real healing. Real presence.

Now, I’m excited to also offer in-person sessions for those who prefer it.

Whether you’re curled up on your couch or sitting across from me in the room, we are still doing the hard work… together✨

What matters most is that you feel held.

Both options are now available.

Getting dressed isn’t just about looking good, it’s also very much about FEELING good.

Every outfit choice is a small act of self-trust. A way to say: I see myself today. I’m showing up for myself today.

Therapy happens in the everyday moments we create for ourselves.

Save this for days when getting dressed feels hard.
