I see it out there a lot when women come to me already thinking change will be hard 😳
Emotional Wellness is not being included in a lot of Wellness Coaching Programs 🤔🤔 out there

If your mindset is not ready for change, it will take longer to see results and you can even start self sabotaging your progress in an unconscious way….

Let’s start by addressing what is in the way in order to move forward. Identify and clear out any limiting belief, negative self talk or emotional barrier.

👠During the menopausal transition, the ovaries stop ovulating and decrease their production of progesterone and estrogen. For some women, this decline in hormones can occur abruptly or slowly over time. To make up for this lack of s*x hormones, women’s adrenal glands (also known as the ‘stress’ gland) at this stage in life, are designed to pick-up the slack for the ovaries.

But with the amount of stress and responsibilities we live during these times, the adrenal glands get depleted and unable to produce a healthy amount of hormones…one way to help the adrenal glands and the body to deal with high stress is vitamin C

LIKE to DISLIKE

It is a fantastic submodality technique based on NLP that will help you change what some thoughts mean and change the way we feel about certain things, including food.
Thanks to for this awesome training

With this technique, we map across something that you like for example: Pringles in something that you dislike maybe: onions 🧅 and as we map across and change the internal representation for one thing to another, so you’re going to start looking at Pringles with the taste of onions and that, usually stops they need to have those Pringles anymore

It is so rewarding when I look back at my notes and see the real transformations my clients experience when we work together. At the beginning, there’s always that mix of nerves and doubt. “Can I really do this?” What if this doesn’t work?”

Yo-yo dieting is not lack of willpower, it is the sign that the method doesn’t work for you.
Especially for women going through perimenopause, constant restriction can affect hormones, metabolism, emotional wellness, and keep the weight coming back

✅Your body is asking for a different approach. Also, your mindset has to be supported and guided because sometimes it’s not a physical part, but it is the emotional part that bring us to yo-yo dieting

There is a smarter, gentle way to lose weight after 40 and in my opinion, “True Vitality” is the answer

🎈What can you do to support your metabolism?
There are many factors in your control that can affect your metabolism in a positive way

🎈Exercise regularly: with this you will get more oxygen and nutrients to the cells, which are gonna support metabolism, so keep moving and increase blood flow
🎈Drink Water: you need to stay hydrated and don’t wait until you are thirsty
🎈Stress: with stressful situations you will increase cortisol production, which is good if you need to handle a short term crisis. But when there is chronic stress, cortisol high levels can be huge problem.
🎈Sleep: it is obvious, but as a reminder, irregular sleep, can make your metabolism sluggish, and can affect your motivation to exercise and eat right
🎈Don’t starve yourself
🎈Eat quality, proteins, carbohydrates, fats with the right vitamins and minerals to support your hormones and keep you strong

Your metabolism is complex but your life doesn’t have to be.
Small changes done regularly can increase your metabolic flexibility keep you healthy.
