I see it out there a lot when women come to me already thinking change will be hard đł
Emotional Wellness is not being included in a lot of Wellness Coaching Programs đ¤đ¤ out there
If your mindset is not ready for change, it will take longer to see results and you can even start self sabotaging your progress in an unconscious wayâŚ.
Letâs start by addressing what is in the way in order to move forward. Identify and clear out any limiting belief, negative self talk or emotional barrier.
