You don’t need to do all at once to improve your metabolism.
I always suggest a stable routine that your body will appreciate in the long run ❤️

You wont be perfect but you need to be consistent with the habits, foods, routines and mental wellness that your body will appreciate, understand and feel nourished with. Even when you derail you need to go back to what works

It is not that complicated if you don’t want it to be… 😳
Once you restore the body’s equilibrium, you will see weight loss, less inflammation, more resilient hormones and all the good things that happen at the cellular level

We live in a world, that prices, productivity, busy, rushing, etc. Our bodies don’t heal or detox in a rushing mode.

Your liver, gut and lymphatic system rely on being calmed. So your parasympathetic nervous system, which is rest and digest can activate…

When you are relaxed, more blood flow goes to your liver and digestive organs, so they can do the job and also your cortisol and adrenaline which can suppress digestion are less active and that’s what you need ❤️❤️

How to Pause during the day:
🍀Take small breaks in your day and take deep breath regularly
🍀When you eat, do it mindfully, chew your food and focus on your plate
🍀Prioritize sleep, because your liver and brain detox pathways are more active at night
🍀Turn off your phone

Are you able to manage stress? Too much stress less progesterone production 😳

When you can manage stress and reduce cortisol, that will prevent the “steal” of progesterone production for survival
High levels of cortisol can also block progesterone receptors, making the existing progesterone in your body less effective
What can you do??

✔️3 deep breath before you leave your bed in the morning and all through the day
✔️Tapping technique to reduce anxiety.
✔️Sleep and stop watching your screen in bed
✔️A warm bath before bed
✔️Focus on you instead of pleasing other people
✔️Avoid over exercising with no breaks or other movement modalities

You want to create a favorable internal environment for your body to produce a necessary amount of progesterone to support, menstrual regularity, mood, and metabolic health
