Most underrated piece of savings info:

If you shop anywhere that takes optimum card, you need to show you optimum card. But WAIT!!!!

You MUST FIRST open the app and refresh your offers for the week.

I was literally gettting like 0-200 point every grocery shop because I never knew this. Now I get thousands!! The big points require you to open and refresh your app.

You're basically wasting your time showing your card otherwise.

I get something free in the mail almost every day lately. Yet THIS was the thing my partner has gotten the most excited about. He doesn't even have diabetes but he takes his health very serious and was super jealous when I got a meter for gestational diabetes. Now he can have his own and test his own blood sugar levels. Next up, ketone strips!!! Where can I find those for free?

I recieved this sample from only this week and have already used it up. It had a really nice, nongreasy feel to it and was super clean feeling. It did have a rather strong yet seemingly natural smell but it was strong enough to make my eyes water. For someone less sensitive, this is likely a lovely cream and my skin felt amazing after. There are also no London Drugstores in Ontario so unfortunately I cannot use the coupon. I may hold onto it for a trade or envelope in the future since it has such a long expiry date.
