Eva Sue-Wah-Sing is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (C.N.P), Registered Holistic Practitioner (R.N.C.P), Registered Orthomolecular Holistic Practitioner (ROHP) and a graduate of the HBLA Technical College in Austria where she studied Culinary Arts to become a Certified Chef. Eva is a faculty member of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she teaches Holistic Food Preparation for both the
Toronto and Mississauga campuses. For several years Eva has been providing culinary coaching to private clients focusing on digestive wellness, hormone balancing for women as well as cancer prevention. Eva is a former triathlon competitor and a mother of two who understands the importance of incorporating an active lifestyle and proper nutrition to improve energy levels and promote overall wellness. Eva empowers her clients through education, private consultations, hands-on cooking classes as well as local retreats where she teaches them one morsel at a time, how they can navigate their own journey to everyday, insightful health!
