The Nurses' Health Program (NHP) is a voluntary program available to Ontario RPNs seeking treatment for substance use and/or mental health disorders that may impact their ability to practice nursing safely.

In case you missed it, we recently shared feedback with the College of Nurses of Ontario on their proposed fee increases—calling for a measured, transparent approach that reflects the realities nurses are facing.

We have heard loud and clear from RPNs across Ontario that these increases would be difficult to absorb, particularly as wages have not kept pace with rising costs and the growing complexity of their roles.

We encourage RPNs to add your voice to this consultation process. The consultation survey is open for feedback until May 20, 2026 :
