Write them down and see if you can transform them into a positive sentence or affirmation.

For me, I was at the bottom of the care list as a first time mom, loving on everyone but myself, and what I needed to hear most was "I love you."

It had to start with me.

Then that love led to new standards for everyone around me,

And this new love, the love I gave soo freely to my baby,

Is the example they see for themselves (I have 3 now).

The cycle stops here 👇
