Elisa is a highly skilled coach, wise witness, playful guide and intuitive co-conspirator who is honoured to be of service as a Life Coach.

For over two decades, Elisa has had many rich opportunities, both personally and professionally, to grow and transform, learn and unlearn, through many-a-life-lesson and to cultivate a potent and transformative set of skills and gifts.

Along with working as a Life Coach, Elisa can also be found in a variety of roles about town, leading yoga, meditation and dance classes, workshops, co-creating recreational and wellness retreats. She enjoys working with creative and community-based individuals, groups and organizations in the Arts, Culture and Wellness sectors.

​She aims to co-create and hold safe(r) spaces with clients that affirms and supports diverse identities, experiences and expressions.
