Honestly, half the time, I didn't really know how I was feeling with my emotions. Yes, I knew the basics, but if I didn’t take the time to delve a bit deeper, I would never have gained the freedom I did in my own health. It doesn't take long, and it's not difficult; you just have to know what to do. And sometimes, when people hear, "we have to deal with our emotions" to feel better in our bodies, they get a bit squirmy or weird. Like emotions are this big ominous, scary thing we never want to touch. But it's just not true!
We don't need to drudge up lots of old trauma - yes, because trauma gets stuck in our bodies too. But we can do it quite easily, without talking about the trauma or having to re-live it to the nth degree.
I am super excited to help people improve their pain and health challenges with this framework I've created from my years of experience and learning.
I've called it the Source to Freedom Framework - because together, we'll delve into the source or cause of your pain and health challenge from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective.
Now, I'm not a doctor, and I'm not telling you to disregard what your doctor is telling you.
But I'm adding to that so you can get free of the restriction that you've been feeling.
If you've felt stuck in regards to your health. Or if a health condition hasn't improved or has become more chronic. You feel like you've tried everything.
