The Educare Selfcare Studio Story

Greg N. Leslie started Educare Selfcare Studio after spending 20 years practising in the social services field serving at-risk youths and their families.

As a Registered Social Worker and Certified Personal Trainer, Greg is no stranger to the impact of stress and poor self-care habits can have on young people and their families, employees, and individuals, including himself.

After experiencing burnout and spending time recovering and healing Greg’s life changed when he read, “Who Cares for Us: Opening Paths into a Critical, Collective Notion of Self-care” by Norma Jean Profitt and Bonnie Ware’s “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying: A life Transformed by the Dearly Departed”.
