Our Studio.
We are a welcoming and warm community where you can practice being you. Different from most studios, this is a place where you are led through every step of every pose, and offered alternatives and modifications dependent on your ability, and your state of mind. Mature, educated and dedicated teachers - each trained in the same Iyengar Vinyasa Method - yet every one of us offer our own character and personality to the classes. We love beginners!
