In choosing the name Kapwa for my therapy practice, I wanted to honor my Filipino heritage and the beautiful concept it represents. Kapwa, a Tagalog word, embodies the idea of interconnectedness and shared humanity. It reminds us that we are all connected, that our stories and struggles are intertwined.

Through my practice, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can explore their inner selves, heal wounds, and foster a sense of belonging. Kapwa reminds us that we are not alone in our journey towards mental wellness and that seeking support is a courageous step towards self-discovery.
