Black Bean Protein Brownies: 🫘

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup quick oats
¼ teaspoon salt
Slightly less than ½ cup of honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup (60 ml) melted coconut oil
½ cup semi- sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 scoop organic chocolate protein powder

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 380°F (193°C).
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a blender or food processor.
Blend until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired. ( Sometimes I use white creme chips or peanut butter chips. )

Bake for 20- 25 minutes.l
Let cool before slicing for the best texture.
