EMBRACING THE WARMER WEATHER

As the weather tends to get warmer, does your body insecurities tend to (re)surface?

Like that $10 bill that you found in your winter jacket in the beginning of this year - body image insecurities rear their ugly head.

Fall and Winter and a bit of Spring allows us to hide under our clothing, blanket scarves and big puffy jackets.

As we begin to shed the layers, the insecurities that we covered with bulky sweaters, fluffy sweatpants and messy buns led us to where we are at in this current moment.

Stuck with what to wear as you pull out your plastic Spring and Summer wardrobe bins.

Maybe nothing fits from last season as we have all been forced to sit in front of a screen on endless ZOOM calls, FT catch ups, actually phone calls leading to Covid Fatigue and the infamous “Zoombutt”.

I get it, you can’t get to those amazing in person fitness classes that kept you up to s***f and in tip top shape.

Perhaps you are carrying a few more LBs than you would like and are seriously struggling with:

What to wear
What to eat
What to even do with yourself for that matter.

BATCH COOKING, BABE!

I know you had a Busy weekend.

And its probably the last thing you want to do - cook and then of course clean up after you cook.

No one else is gonna do it for you.

You wish there was a magic button to press, bingo bango meal prep is complete.

I feel you girl.

The only way to be consistent is to make sure that you got your meals covered.

Insert, batch cooking.

As a single girl, I am often will cook 4 pieces of fish at a time.

Making doubles and triples of things so I have enough for lunches and maybe even dinner the next night. It is a HUGE time saver.

Especially for those that are burning the midnight oil, hopping from call to call.

No more ordering crappy takeout that is laden in not so good oils ( Hello PUFAs ).

And no more guessing if the take out peeps used soy sauce in their sauces, bread crumbs in their burgers, cheese in their sauces.

You get to be in CONTROL of what you eat.
Go on, and get it done!

Become the batch cooking babe that you knew you always were :P

ARE YOU AFRAID OF CARBS?

I hear you girl.

Same same.

Or i was, until now.

As i dig deep into healing my own metabolism (Hey there we are all in this together) i am now understanding how obsessed i was with low carb eating.

When you are in your 20’s and 30’s and now 40’s as we are having kids later in age (child bearing years) carbs are especially important.

Carbs are the preferred fuel source of every cell in the body.

Hold the phone, what?

You mean its not fat ANDREA?

Nope.

And we have been relying on men to tell us what to do with our female bodies.

All of the IF studies are based on men and how they successfully lost weight, gained more energy by eating more fat and protein and cutting carbs.

Yep, I finally said it out loud.

WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Often we cannot get to where we want to go bc we can’t see the path.

We have an idea, but just can’t seem to follow through.

I get it.

I have been there, that’s why i hire coaches to get me where i need to go.

Otherwise, i stay stagnant. I freeze. I procrastinate. I do everything opposite of what i should be doing bc i find it hard to be accountable to myself.

When i am accountable to someone like a coach, i get results. Real, tangible results that move me forward to the next step.

Coaches are like built in mini cheerleaders. We help you get to where you want to go.

You do have to meet us half way.

You know do the work.

But ultimately, we are a team. We both want to get you to where you want to go!

PROTECTION

How do you protect Your energy when you are walking into a store, meeting new ppl, driving your car, hopping on Zoom ( i swear there are dark energies that lurk on the interwebs ).

Here are a few tips on what you can do!

💜Run your toroidal field with rainbow light through your body
💜 Surround yourself in a bubble with white light or “zip up” your energy
💜 Use the water in your morning shower as a protection liquid that seals in your energy -
Nothing can get in!
💜 Get your hands on sage, palo santo, incense and burn it often to clear your space
💜 Crystals! I like a selenite wand ( see photo ) or shungite to mitigate EMF’s and five Gee.
💜Set intentions.
💜 Understand what is yours and not yours - if it is the later, claim “not mine” and return to sender.

CLEAR THE CLUTTER DEAR!

Often we cannot get what we desire when we are thick in the clutter.

There is no room for it.

Consider clearing your space of the clutter so you can make room for what you want.

Energetically clutter blocks us from what we want.

You have no space for the new to come in!

Start small with one room at a time.

See how that helps you think more
Clearly.
