Are you using a mineral (physical) or chemical sunscreen?
Mineral sunscreens contain zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. They sit on the skin and reflect UVA and UVB ultraviolet light.
Chemical sunscreens contain combination ingredients such as avobenzone, oxybenzone, octocrylene, octisalate, etc. that absorb UV rays and convert them into heat. They should be applied 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
Both mineral and chemical sunscreens may contain iron oxide as a tint that gives extra protection against visible light and blue light emitted by computer devices.
These products give good sun protection so choose one that you like and will use regularly.
