This weekend, I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude.
Not just for the big things, but for the small, quiet ones that often go unnoticed.
The moments when your body surprises you with strength.
When your mind feels calm and clear.
When you catch yourself laughing with people who make you feel at home.
In practice, I see every day how health and gratitude are deeply connected.
When we pause to feel thankful for what our bodies can do, for the lessons they’re teaching us, for the progress we often overlook...something shifts.
Our stress lowers, our nervous system relaxes, and healing feels more possible.
So, this Thanksgiving, whether your table is full or quiet.
Take a breath.
Feel gratitude for your body, your energy, your journey, and for the people who make life feel full.
From all of us at Higher Health, wishing you a cozy, nourishing, and gratitude-filled weekend. 🧡
