I am offering the next round of my short-term supervision groups for Spring 2026. They are each 6 sessions total.

Adolescent and Adult Clients
Biweekly Tuesdays at 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm EST
April 14-June 23, 2026
via ZOOM

Child and Adolescent Clients
Biweekly Wednesdays at 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EST
April 8-June 17, 2026
via ZOOM

Each 80-minute session is $80. There is no refund for missed sessions. There will be a maximum of 8 participants.

Participants can expect:
✅ case consultation
✅ ethical considerations
✅ business practice enhancements
✅ exploration of creative interventions from a variety of approaches and modalities*

Art Therapy Professional Development: This program will allow you to practice art therapy interventions using your own lived experience in order to try these interventions with your clients.

That’s a wrap! Four semesters later and I have achieved a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College at Wilfrid Laurier in Waterloo. So grateful for the learning and the opportunity to enrich my spiritual practices with such warm and wonderful classmates and caregivers. You’re never too old to follow your dreams.

Rebuilding the Spiritual Self is a process group for people who are deconstructing, or who have deconstructed, a faith identity, and who are experiencing spiritual longing or distress as a result of a faith change.

This group would be great for those who have de-identified with a religion, consider their faith lives and identity changing, and who want to make meaning of their experiences of change and/or loss.

Season and I are both experiential therapists who will be bringing in elements of expressive arts therapy and psychodrama into this group.

Dates: 8 weeks, January 12 - March 9, 2026 (no group on Feb 16th for Family Day)

Time: Mondays, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm EST on Zoom

Cost: $80 per 90-minute group, total of $640 for the group cycle. This is a closed group with a maximum of 10 participants. Registered Psychotherapist, Psychotherapy and/or Occupational Therapy insurance receipts can be provided.
