Sharlette has lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks while ending her late-night snacking! 🤯

She came to work with us to improve her health, lose some weight and feel fit again. She has certainly achieved that and more.

Before Sharlette started working with us, she was always exhausted and felt hungry all the time.

She struggled to lose weight and didn’t like looking at herself in the mirror. Her confidence was shot and was she growing more and more frustrated with her lack of progress.

❌She was unable to control her late-night cravings.

❌She would get winded simply going up a flight of stairs.

❌She had never ending gut issues, bloating and indigestion.

❌She even felt depressed at times…

Since working together, she has been able to gain control over her nutrition and her mindset!

✅She’s lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks and tons of inches – she’s starting to get abs! 🤯

✅She’s feeling confident in her workouts and pushing herself hard 4x per week.

✅She has completely conquered her bad habit of late night snacking

✅She’s waking up full of energy. Her sleep is so much better and therefore her mind is clear.

Super proud of this woman. She doesn’t make any excuses. She shows up, kicks ass and chases her goals. We aren’t done yet but I wanted to show how great she’s doing. Keep up the great work Sharlette!

How bad do you want it?

When we went into lockdown

People went one of two ways

Some were crushed by the waves

Others found a way to swim.

I lost my job when gyms shut down.

I had no purpose. No vision. No drive.

I was stuck living on CERB with no aspirations.

I went from one of the top trainers to unemployed.

I had no income. I had nowhere to train.

At first I was crushed. Defeated.

Eventually the pain of having no purpose made me so uncomfortable that I was going to do anything to get out of my situation.

I trained like a madman in my basement.

I put all my money into weights off of Craigslist and into courses so Jen and I could start our own business.

We worked on our bodies so we could market ourselves and also keep us sane.

At that time, I had so little money and so little resources. I had next to no equipment.

Yet I still got into my best shape ever and built a business that I could be proud of.

How is this possible?

One word: Desire.

I had a burning passion to get out of my current situation.

THIS is what you need to change.

It’s one thing to SAY you want it.

But what are you REALLY willing to do to have it?

Ask yourself that !

Holly has lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks without crash dieting 😳 🤯

Before Holly & I started working together, she was unhappy with her body and was feeling very unhealthy.

👉 When Holly first came to me, she was unhappy with her body and feeling very unhealthy

👉She was frustrated because she could not lose weight – no matter what she tried.

👉For every 3 steps forward she took, something would always happen and put her 2 steps back.

👉She was feeling self-conscious about her body and her acne being out of control

👉The gym was totally new and intimidating to her. She felt totally lost.

Holly and I will be working together for 1 year. She has only been here for 3 months and she is already noticing MASSIVE changes in her life. All we had to do was make a few tweaks to her life. In just 12 weeks, she has started:

✅ An anti-inflammatory nutrition plan 🥗
✅ A structured training plan 💪
✅ Getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night 😴
✅ Walking 8000-10’000 steps per day! 🚶‍♀️

🙌 In just 12 weeks, Holly is 25 pounds down and now feels confident wearing anything.

🙌 She’s feeling totally comfortable & confident training. The gym is feeling like her second home.

🙌 Her skin has cleared up completely and her hair is growing much faster than before.

🙌 All gut health problems are not a thing of the past. Her bloating has subsided considerably.

🙌 Holly is prioritizing her sleep and is waking up well rested, ready to crush her day.

🙌 I notice her outlook on life is so positive & she’s been a positive influence on everyone around her!

Will creatine help you lose weight?

Not directly.

But it WILL help you get stronger and have better brain function.

So if you can slap more weight on the bar

If you can push out the extra couple reps

That adds up.

Repeat for 3/4 months and those extra 1-2 reps will have you building more muscle and transforming your body.

There’s something electric about entrepreneurs.

This past weekend I was surrounded by some absolute BEASTS.

People who pour their blood, sweat and tears into their craft.

These people get up early, stay up late, and do whatever it takes to provide the best service imaginable.

I think if you get into entrepreneurship solely for money, you will struggle.

If your focus is transactional, you will eventually fail.

You can’t only think about what you will receive.

But rather what you can GIVE.

You have to care about PEOPLE.

You have to care about your product and service so much, that you will sacrifice your own time, money and energy so you can provide the best experience possible.

Only then, will you be able to succeed.

You gotta think about how you can grow and impact others.

Be fuelled by love of the game, not greed.

Love people, and they will love you back 🙌

Learn how I lost 10 pounds in 30 days:

Do you want to have a body that your partner looks at in awe?

Do you want to feel completely and totally comfortable in the bedroom?

Do you want to pick anything from your closet knowing you can wear it and look great?

My clients have this feeling.

You possess all the qualities necessary to have the body of your dreams.

You just haven’t unlocked them yet.

This is how you can lose your first 10 pounds in just 30 days:

1. Adopt a warrior mindset

Everything starts with mindset. You have to be willing to do more. You have to cut the excuses and find a way to make it happen. Whatever it takes.

Repeat after me: Whatever it takes.

2. Start being in control of your actions.

We all have the ability to choose what we put in our mouths. We all have the ability to decide: TV or Gym? YOU are in control. Take the power back and realize only YOU are in control of your decisions. Choose wisely - or you’ll just remain the same. The actions you’ve taken so far have gotten you to this point, so if you want the change, YOU have to change.

3. Eat 3-4 healthy meals per day (that you actually enjoy)

To get the result, you cannot eat whatever you want. Some form of plan is necessary. Find healthy meals that you actually enjoy so you can nourish your body with the nutrients it needs. Eat meat, fruit, healthy fats and fuelling carbohydrates. Burn off more than you eat, and fat will be melting off your body.

4. Start pushing yourself in the gym!

Simply showing up is not good enough. You actually have to FORCE your body to change. Your sets should be challenging and your weights should be increasing month after month. This is how transformations occur.

If you want to change your drop bodyfat and lose weight, it starts with adopting the right mindset and then taking action - consistently.
