Sharlette has lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks while ending her late-night snacking! 🤯
She came to work with us to improve her health, lose some weight and feel fit again. She has certainly achieved that and more.
Before Sharlette started working with us, she was always exhausted and felt hungry all the time.
She struggled to lose weight and didn’t like looking at herself in the mirror. Her confidence was shot and was she growing more and more frustrated with her lack of progress.
❌She was unable to control her late-night cravings.
❌She would get winded simply going up a flight of stairs.
❌She had never ending gut issues, bloating and indigestion.
❌She even felt depressed at times…
Since working together, she has been able to gain control over her nutrition and her mindset!
✅She’s lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks and tons of inches – she’s starting to get abs! 🤯
✅She’s feeling confident in her workouts and pushing herself hard 4x per week.
✅She has completely conquered her bad habit of late night snacking
✅She’s waking up full of energy. Her sleep is so much better and therefore her mind is clear.
Super proud of this woman. She doesn’t make any excuses. She shows up, kicks ass and chases her goals. We aren’t done yet but I wanted to show how great she’s doing. Keep up the great work Sharlette!
