“Between perimenopause doing its unpredictable thing and ongoing knee and hip issues, I felt frustrated in my own body. Energy was inconsistent. Strength felt different. Recovery was slower. Honestly, it was discouraging. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t quite recognize how I felt physically.
Committing to this program and to myself changed that.
This wasn’t about pushing harder or chasing unrealistic goals. It was about understanding what my body needed in this season of life. With Rita’s guidance, I learned how to work with my body instead of fighting against it. The workouts were smart, supportive, and adaptable to my knee and hip limitations, which made all the difference.
For the first time in many, many years, I actually feel physically better while navigating perimenopause not worse. Stronger. More stable. More confident in how I move. And that’s something I didn’t think was possible a few months ago.
I’m incredibly grateful I chose to put myself first and figure it out with Rita’s help.
