What an incredible day I had today!!

I had the BEST experience talking about neurodiversity with Parkland Corporation.

To work with an organization that not only accepts but wants to celebrate neurodiversity? What a dream!!!

I have to admit that I got on my soapbox a bit 😂 because I am just sooooo passionate about neuro-inclusivity and seeing the “superpower” and gifting in neurodiversity.

I want to speak for all who have been marginalized, made to feel stupid, wrong, bad or unvalued because of the different ways they see the world and process their insights and ideas.

In a world where it doesn’t alway pay to be different, I want to help people see that being “weird” is marvelous and a gift to the world. I want people to discover what makes them unique and special and learn to accept and enjoy the way they are wired. I want to teach them against conforming to the world’s expectations of what it means to be “successful” and trying to fit into a man-made system with man-made ways of assessing their “suitability”.

Can we all do that for ourselves and each other?
