A beautiful friend of mine recovered this memory. This was oh pretty close to almost a decade ago.

Pay attention to the swelling that my body was making additional room for all the ladican infusion, steroids, epidural injection and additional pain medication.

Help me close this door once and for all. I need the love and support of those who love me.

I've been able to honor my true beliefs leaving me learning more of which I resonate with.

I love my Lifestyle Artist life journey on locking in my optimal health on a daily. My real sweet take away? How easy it is. How genuine and beautiful this community is! Eternally, grateful

A reflection of what healing looks like within community

I felt every word from your share. This was my belief too until.....BOOM last night in conversations with a beautiful soul from this community held space as I was within my discovery that I was receiving mom's energy from a fractured state of being, as a result of losing my father in '95. I was pi**ed that dad left me immediately following the eve prior to his departure. I watched his journey as he shared from his highest state of ascending. He included me in the conversations he was having on his way home. No sooner did I leave to rest up a tap out of watching over him. My brother comes to my apartment at the time and no sooner did I stand that I felt my knees buckle as if life exited my existence. Only last night did I feel such remorse and shame to seeing my hand in it. How I was a constant dig at mom as well. Why? The burden of my dad's loss was too heavy. I cowardly put my pain and beat mom up with it! God I'm so so sorry. Cause mom is an impeccable loving, selfless soul. It's not easy eating such a helping of humble pie.

Really do appreciate this one-time grocery tax arriving this month! However, my monthly haul stood half my height and cost me double what I usually have.

Did we forget that eating is on a daily basis? See the working public already leave 40% of the salary one is supposed to make. This is before I can consider sitting to budget. There is a dire need of a moral compass within our leader's.

Tuesday morning, I was waiting to car pool to a funeral. I looked up at the light post of the plaza and this raven, and I had a stare down. Felt like it went on forever. All of a sudden, he takes a deep dive, playing chicken with me detours at the last minute to pace back and forth as to mark his territory or even guard me.

The raven symbolizes prophecy, insight, transformation, and intelligence. It can also represent long-term success in love and finding devoted, faithful partners. Ravens are happier when they are with one person over a group. People with a raven spirit animal prefer quiet over noise and stillness over constant movement.
