👋 Say hello to Dr. Paige Eansor, ND 💚

Dr. Paige joins the team at Insight Naturopathic this December! Her practice aims to blend the best available evidence with traditional approaches to enhance health and bridge the gap between conventional and naturopathic medicine. Her interests are to guide, educate, and empower you with the tools you need to take an active role in your well-being. In practice, Dr. Paige uses a range of therapies including lifestyle optimization, nutritional counselling, botanical medicine, and acupuncture.

Dr. Paige is available for appointments at Insight Naturopathic on Wednesdays and Friday. Virtual or in person, she can provide care for anyone residing in Ontario.

Elderberry: Nature’s Immune Support 🌿

🍇 Made from the fruit or flowers of the elderberry plant, this natural remedy is often used for colds and flu. You can consume elderberry as a syrup or in a Lozenge.
