I certainly know who my only best friend will be, but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.

I am saddened by the amount of public garbage people post on social media. There are many things that happen to us in our lives that force us to make decisions or have a life or lifestyle that we didn't plan on. The bottom line is, everything that happens to us in our lives happens I order for us to learn and grow from it. If you are hurting, reach out to your family, friends or someone who can help counsel you through your feelings. Keep your private life private. There is a reason we live in a society with doors and curtains. There are certain things that do not need to be shared publicly. Please comment below your feelings on this matter and maybe give some insight o how you have handled a rough situation in your life.

Once you know yourself, what makes you truly happy, what things you truly desire, what things you truly dislike, this is when you can open yourself up to loving someone else.
