Cancer Conversation’s mission is to assist people who are living with cancer, or supporting someone with cancer, identify and prioritize their needs, develop a plan of action, and implement their action plan through conversation, active listening, and access to our comprehensive toolkit of cancer resources. Cancer Conversation offers you a one-hour phone session (and a brief follow-up call) with a health care professional to help identify your key needs and provides you with a list of resources that can help address those needs. Cancer Conversation can help you identify your current needs and provide you with a list of resources that can assist you in meeting those needs. We look forward to doing our best to help you through what can be a complex and challenging time.
