I provide therapy and counselling services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Utilizing a client centred approach to treatment, we will work together to figure out what challenges get in the way of you living the life you want to live. Through reflective techniques you will generate greater self-awareness and build skills to manage social, emotional and practical issues you are facing. I have experience working with a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship and family issues, and managing stress.
