When life feels heavy, remember: God makes no mistakes.

I know it isn’t easy. I know you are just tired. I know you want to give up at times.
Sometimes we get stuck in our own c**a - overthinking, replaying regrets, or questioning if we’re on the right path.

If the water’s contaminated, adding sugar doesn’t purify it — it just masks the problem.
Same goes for your life. Don’t sugarcoat the toxic stuff. Don’t justify it. Don’t “positive vibes only” your way through it.
Release it. Empty the damn glass.
