My 5 Million Steps in 2025, Happy New Year
This past year, I proved to myself how powerful a simple walk can be for health. My 2025 resolution was to walk 13,000 steps every day, and I ended the year having walked 13,298 steps per day, which translates to almost 5 million steps in total.
In distance, that’s 9.6 km every single day in 2025, compared to 9 km a day in 2024. I stayed committed, and I did it.
“A small step repeated daily becomes a big victory.”
Happy New Year to everyone.
My resolution for next year is clear: walk 10 km every day.
It’s all possible because when I commit, I don’t even listen to myself; I get it done.
