Last night Teresa and Ally came over for a visit. We went over the map again looking at how it all changed. On a fun note, Carol is getting a signed picture of Ally as a child with a baby ostrich. For the Mike Quigley super stocking on Wednesday, you'll also gave a signed Ally pic but also of Newman when he went to the ball in 2012. Love you all.

We went for a bit of a protest at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency yesterday. Ally was there with a picture of her as a child with a baby ostrich. What they did was animal cruelty at its utmost.

We go over for acupunture and cupping at the Veterans Association Food Bank every Tuesday and Thursday while we are in town. We ran into Adam, who was out for the Eagle Sundance Ceremony last summer and watched over Spark and Phoenix while I was inside the Arbor. Love you all

Last Saturday we got together for a catch up visit for us. We all served together in 1 PPCLI back in the 90's. When was flying planes in Cadets, Paul and I jumped out of some in the military. Love you all.

We now have the Star Link mounted on the roof of FOB Smith. Flags were not being very cooperative for me. The bottom flag is the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry flag.
