is a part of Chayell Group of Companies which traces back to early 1980's and was founded by Abdul Rehman in Karachi, Pakistan. The Group of Companies specializes in Garment Manufacturing, Textile Buying Agency, Land Development, Construction, Health Care and Hotels. was founded by Abdul Rehman in 2007 at the City of Brockville, Ontario Canada with a Purchase of 3.75 acre land facing the Highway 401 near Exit 696 which was later developed as a Hotel entering Chayell into the Hotel Business. Project Update – TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Barrie, ON

We’re pleased to share significant progress on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott project in Barrie. The superstructure is now complete, marking an important milestone for the team. Work is currently underway to finalize the parapet in preparation for installing the roof membrane, which will allow us to fully waterproof the building and transition into the next phase of construction.

All interior framing has also been completed, positioning the project well for upcoming mechanical, electrical, and finishing stages.

Proud of the hard work and dedication from everyone involved as we continue to move this project forward.

Erin O'Toole Conservative Party Candidate and MP Durham Region stayed at our property in Oshawa,ON for final round of campaigning for the polling for Canadian Election 2021 with his team.

Our Director Operations Mr. Ahad. A Rehman and Staff were pleased to be a part of this election as they serviced Mr. O'Toole and his team with a sold out hotel.
