New fall products.

I love this season mainly because of the fragrances.

Chai Latte coconut/apricot wax candle with hints of salted caramel, vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon

Mocha lip balm, candelila wax, cocoa butter, coconut oil, avocado oil and coffee and chocolate lip flavours

Vanilla chai foaming whipped sugar scrub soap with vegetable glycerin, vitamin e, jojoba & avocado oils, organic golden and brown sugar with cinnamon and cardamom essential oils

Luxurious soaps with spicy cinnamon tea and vanilla

Finally, my most fave. A light and fluffy body butter with shea and mango butters, sweet almond, avocado, and black castor oil, vitamin e, french pink clay and arrowroot powder. The fragrance is sandalwood, ylang ylang and french vanilla. I have to make a candle with this fragrance. I love it.

More aromatherapy bracelets as well.

Stay tuned for a richer face moisturizer, body/bath/massage oil. With the colder season coming let’s get ahead of the dryness we incur when the heat comes on.

Calendula face and body butter. This scrumptious gem is gentle enough to use on the body as well as the face. The healing qualities of calendula butter along with essential oils of frankincense and lavender will help battle what the heat of summer can do to your face and body.

I am a cramper. My muscles over compensate and overwork and the mere thought of doing a bridge pose in pilates makes me sweat in fear knowing that my hamstrings are going to be screaming at me.

I am not alone. When at markets people are always asking if I make something for this. In fact, years ago, my bestie Deb was suffering from restless leg syndrome and I made her a lotion that worked wonders.

I take my magnesium supplements, and I TRY to stay hydrated but when that doesn’t work, I make something more to help.

I made a lotion and added magnesium with lavender and chamomile to aid further in a restful sleep. Just massage it into the areas you are experiencing discomfort or muscle fatigue.
