Healthy Tips Creativity
May be just what the doctor ordered. At a minimum, there is a little creativity in everyone. Okay there is a lot in some – those artist types from musician to designers. Creativity encompasses many things – cooking/baking, gardens, interior decorating, dance choreographer, flower arranging, building things, fashion, writing, singing, playing music, planning parties, inventions, and much much more. One could be creative with much.
Healthy tips:
Embark on a little creativity…pencil and paper, a new plant, an art/music lesson, learn in the kitchen,
Get creative with a planning a relaxing day…a spa, visit a new place/store/park, see an art gallery
Taste a new food
How can you be creative with your meal space?
How can you change up your sleeping space?
