🌿 Lemon Balm: A Gentle Ally for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum 🌿
Growing up, my mom grew Lemon Balm in our backyard, and I fell in love with it. I’d pick the leaves, eat them fresh, and even made lemon balm pesto! Years later, I discovered its Latin name, Melissa officinalis. I couldn’t believe it—we share a name!
