In a world where constant communication is the norm, the ability to pause, listen, and reflect has become a powerful leadership skill. This December, I’m offering a 4-day Silence & Writing Retreat at the SEED Lodge—an opportunity to unplug, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner voice before the new year begins.

If you’ve been craving space to think, clarity to plan, or rest that actually restores you, I’d love to welcome you.
